Our irresistible sausages are made with Global Animal Partnership (G.A.P.) Step 2 Animal Welfare Certified chicken raised without antibiotics, all-natural ingredients, and a natural pork casing. They are a great source of protein, containing 14-17g per serving, and made without nitrites, nitrates, or ingredients containing gluten.

The new Sausages by Amylu flavors are available in 12oz packages of four, 3oz individually wrapped sausages. These fully-cooked chicken sausages tap into flavor trends that the whole family can enjoy for a quick, nutritious meal or snack.

These Air fryer chicken sausages are spicy and delicious. The perfect breakfast to serve with a side of veggies, scrambled eggs or peppers. And no! Sausages are not limited to the breakfast table. These Chicken Andouille sausages can be enjoyed as side dish for dinner and cooks nicely in the the air fryer from fresh or frozen and in less time.

AmyLu is a Chicago based company that was founded in 1992 and focuses on chicken based products such as sausages, burgers, and meatballs. They sell only chicken products with the purpose of producing simple foods that taste great and are a healthy alternative to pork.

Not a big deal, because you are still getting 2.5lbs of chicken breakfast sausage links and the picture on the packaging shows them closer to the true size. But I do feel the package can be deceiving to the consumer.

The sausages themselves look quite nice. They are the typical brown sausage color, maybe just a touch lighter because they are chicken. There appears to be a ton of seasoning and flavor packed in each sausage.

I prefer the mild taste of the chicken vs pork breakfast sausage. They are way less greasy than a pork sausage and have a way better taste than the Jimmy Dean turkey sausage that Costco carries. I wish Costco would put this in the warehouses for year round purchase. 041b061a72
